we were approached by sscp management to take on a brand refresh for its fast casual, nationwide chain: corner bakery cafe. CBC needed a creative, strategic approach to their social media presence, in order to compete in the ever-changing digital landscape. we accepted the challenge, and we needed fresh assets — faster than you can say cinnamon creme cake.
within a month, we produced a shoot that included professional photo, video, and strategic iphone reels for instagram & tiktok. our social media management scope included (4) ig / tiktok posts & (4) ig story sets per week (or 16/month). in our weekly content plans, we implemented a strategy that balanced what the brand wanted to say + what we knew would drive the most engagement (we call it the sweet spot). we tapped into trending conversations/content, executing in the most engaging way.
in just nine months, monthly profile views jumped from 230k to 1.2 million, and interactions saw a 10x increase. xxRR
